ADAPT TO REALITY NOT FANTASY;

means you should conform to the state of things as they exist, not as opposed by your idealistic fantasy. Always confront what  is happening in your daily life, don’t resist it with the thought of what it should be.

 

You need to get used to Disappointment disagreement, discomfort, getting angry, hurt, because it’s  an unpredictable reality to any living human.

 

Cheerful moment like; merry moment,  feeling comfortable, bless, fulfill, receiving accolades is comfortable and stressful moments like; feeling lost in the world, being helpless, making mistakes, being criticize, society influence, and peer pressure will be less stressful if you can compromise them has life course.

 

Unsuitable things happen daily; even when you’re prepared for a win, things can still turn out worst.

 

You don’t desire to lose a dear one, but it happens.

 

And sometimes circumstances beyond your control affects your choices in life.

 

You wake up every day becoming too tired of everything you’re struggling for, expected things happen and unexpected happens too.

 

This is the thing you don’t  want to happen, but this is reality, Life happens without asking for your permission.

 

HOW STRONG IS YOUR ADAPTING STRENGTH TO REALITY?               

 HOW you react to what is happening to you daily and how you cope afterwards is your adapting strength to reality.

 

Your expression of HAPPINESS will differ from mine and how you react when you’re hurt differs from mine too.

 

How do you tolerate siblings, friends, colleagues at work?

And how do you get over anger, betrayal, fear?

The way you cope, tolerate, overcome certain challenges in life is your adapting strength.

 

Your adapting strength is influence by your belief system, mood and people in your circle.

 

Always know your source of BELIEF can influence your reaction to things. And Your mood can affect your reaction strategy and Person’s around you can affect your reaction to things happening to you.

WHAT IS YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM?

Your BELIEF system is an invisible force behind your reaction to things happening around you.

 

Before You can affirm of believing in yourself,  have a source you’re deriving your strength of belief.

 

Every one has a source, the extract strength from to live.

 

But! Hey, you’re not everyone.

Reality is too unpredictable, the best you can do is have where you extract your energy from,  you’ve tried on your own and it didn’t work.

 

And You also BELIEVE in YOURSELF to make things happen more than your BELIEF in GOD to make it happen for you.

 

Take a leap of faith between the life you’ve  and the one you want to have and decide the belief system you’re surrendering your believe to.

 

 

All of us need a vision for our lives, and even as we work to achieve that vision, we must surrender to the power that is greater than we know. When you surrender and stop resisting and stop trying to change that which you can’t change, but be in the moment, be fully open to the blessings you’ve already received and those that are yet to come and stand in that space of gratitude, and look at where you are and HOW far you’ve come and what you’ve accomplished.  when you can claim THAT and SEE that, the literal vibration of your life will change._Oprah Winfrey.

 

When you Surrender it all to GOD,  at the point of surrendering your believing in GOD to take the lead role in your life.

 

To BELIEVE in GOD is to boost your adapting strength, it’s like a bullet proof to live in this world.

 

Believing in GOD might not mean you’ll accomplish everything but he will give you the adapting strength to be confident in your abilities even when things become difficult, and he will make sure you recover quickly from setbacks and disappointment.

 

 Even when the outcome is not what you expect, it will always be in your favor,  To rebrand you, so you realize a new strength and courage to live every day.
